Choose traditional latex balloons sold in small multicolor packs that inflate up to 12 inches, or reusable inflatable vinyl cluster garlands sold as 5-cluster pieces that include hooks and elastic bands for hanging.

A mini helium tank fills up to 20 nine-inch latex balloons, 16 twelve-inch latex balloons, or 15 eighteen-inch foil balloons; actual counts may vary with how fully you inflate each balloon.

Examples shown include mini bubble bottles (pack of 24, 4.8 fl oz each, suitable for ages 3 and up) and small packs of latex balloons (15-count, suitable for ages 8 and up).
