We sell both unlocked pre-owned phones and new prepaid devices. Pre-owned items are sold unlocked; some new phones are listed as prepaid (sold for use with a prepaid service).

Some phones are sold with a bundled one-year prepaid plan that includes roughly 1,500 minutes, 1,500 texts and about 1.5 GB of data. Many other listings do not include a data or service plan, so check the individual product description before purchasing.

Available internal storage options range from 16 GB up to 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. System memory (RAM) varies by model and includes values such as 1 GB, 3 GB, 4 GB and 6 GB.

Pre-owned listings typically include a 90 Day Limited Warranty. New prepaid devices commonly come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty. Check each product page for the exact warranty terms.

Pre-owned phones are inspected, cleaned, wiped of previous owner data and verified to function. They may show cosmetic blemishes and are shipped in non-original packaging. Included items typically are a data cable and a SIM ejection pin; check the listing for exact contents.
