Nail drill bits are used to trim and remove sides of cuticles or dead skin, polish and smooth nail surfaces, remove gel and dead skin, and clean around the cuticle using brush-type bits.

Some tools feature soft-touch or rubberized, anti-slip grips to improve control and comfort during use.
