teacher appreciation notes

Common sizes by product type: mini notepads — about 4 × 5 inches; postcards and small thank-you cards — around 4 × 6 inches; folded/flat cards (A2-style) — roughly 4.625 × 6.75 inches; jumbo thank-you cards — about 8.5 × 11 inches. These dimensions reflect typical options you’ll see for classroom notes, mailed cards, and large keepsake cards.

Materials include uncoated paper and various cardstocks. Many cards use premium or heavyweight cardstock (around 270 gsm), and some designs combine finishes — for example, a glossy front with a matte back — while other notes are left uncoated for a natural finish.

Design styles range from fun and motivational messages to themed art (rainbows, food- and animal-themed puns). You’ll also find illustrated greeting-card artwork, brightly printed designs, and occasionally embossed or textured finishes for a more formal look.

Jumbo thank-you cards are large — about 8.5 × 11 inches (example listings may show similar dimensions such as ~11.26 × 8.77 inches). Their roomy format makes them a standout choice for coaches, mentors, teachers, retirements, or other prominent appreciation occasions where a larger message or group signature is desired.

Notepad-style teacher notes are typically narrow-ruled mini pads (about 4 × 5 inches) set up as to-do or checklist pages. They usually include around 50 lined sheets per pad, often with a motivational header at the top and a sturdy backing so the pad can be used on a desk or carried in a bag.
