[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen aid mixer is the only mixer I'll ever own. Been using one my entire life because that's what my mom always used. Holds up well and has so many attachments it's more than just a mixer.
So easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I started baking more, I’d been using a hand mixer It proved to be a little difficult, especially when I was working with cookie dough. I decided to purchase a KitchenAid and I’m glad I did. That it is refurbished is even better, better for the environment, and certainly great in terms of its functions & cost. The appliance was brand new, the attachments are perfect. Everything works great! So glad! Now I can make multiple batches at one time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was to replace our family mixer (purchased in 1989) which I gave to my daughter. As she was starting her family, I figured she needed it more than I did. The absence was soon felt and this purchase was made. The refurb is as-new, at half the price. I don't know why there is any other brand of mixer - this _is_ the standard. There are several colors to choose from, but in the end I bought a white one. I purchased the bowl chute/shield thing, but found, if one is careful, that was a waste of money. I did buy an aftermarket stainless whisk, which should be included rather than the non-dishwasher safe OEM item. In the time this mixer has been here, I've made several breads and some butter, and expect to learn new tricks soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used my refurbished mixer for the first time and the motor sounded very loud and it was struggling with my cookie dough. Granted it was thick etc, I just don't remember any previous kitchen aid mixers sounding like that. I guess we'll see if it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using a hand me down Kitchenaid mixer for 15 years, I decided to go for the gusto and buy new one. However, new to me means refurbished. Scrolling through Kitchenaid's refurb list, I found, at the very bottom, a white model for a couple hundred $ less than colored models. Kitchenaid has a strong reputation for quality so I thought I'd take a chance and hope for the best, keeping in mind it was refurbished. OMG, this one is amazing. It came with a 5 qt bowl, whip, K beater, and dough hook. Works perfectly and is quieter than my old one. Thank you for continuing to live up to the Kitchenaid reputation, as even the refurbed machine is a standout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was being smart, saving money getting a refurbished mixer. It worked for less than a month my third time going to make bread dough in it, and instead of making a horrible loud noise and had a burning smell. I returned this mixer and bought a new one with a better warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Artisan mixer is okay, but for the price I’m disappointed. My primary purpose of the purchase was to mix and knead dough as I am a little older than last year, on fixed income (retired), and have limited use of one hand. My loafs use around 500-600 grams of flour, and when kneading the mixer bucks, and when it does the head quickly unlocks. I find I have to both hold the locking lever and turn the mixer on and off frequently. I don’t know if this is typical behavior, and because it is refurbished I feel I have no recourse. For mixing meatloaf and turkey burgers, however, it performs well.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this as a gift a little over a month ago. I use it regularly and am very happy with it as are family members with all the baking! My only complaint would be that it has two chips in the enamel; one on the blade and one on the body of the machine. I hope these won't be any cause for concern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago looks great! But no matter the size loaf the head jumps up and down like the head lock mechanism is faulty. Trying to return and replace now will update my review after this is settled.
