    Very pleased!

    I'm glad to honestly pass along a good experience. I finally took The Plunge and ordered the 8x11ft rug I had been looking at. The company said it ships in 2 days, and yes it did. Good condition. Good quality. I'll do it again the next time I need a new rug.

    I’m very happy with my purchase. I read one review that commented on the bright white fringe, but I don’t find it distracting. It could be that since it’s a large rug and has furniture on it it’s not a deterrent. For the price it’s a good buy.

    First time buyer.I had been looking for rugs for quite a while and an interior designer showed me this one. I didn't want to spend a lot as it was going into a basement family room. Great rug for the price. Colors were as shown on the website. Arrived in good condition with the purchased pad and both appear to be high quality. I would definitely order from Rugs.com again.

    The colors are slightly more muted than I expected, but still beautiful! It’s surprisingly soft too! It came within 4 days! I was a bit worried about creases, since it was rolled AND folded, but within a couple of days the creases were completely gone.
