    Rug looks nothing like I the photo

    I ordered the bone/beige color. Rug background is beige but interweaving looks gray. Very disappointed and I even use the app to see what it would look like. Too late to return with holiday and returns are costly and with a large rug, it’s tough! Won’t use site again.

    Overall Reliable and Aesthetic

    This rug is aesthetically pleasing and good value for the size. I wouldn't classify this as a luxury option when compared to some of our other rugs from higher end brands, but for high traffic areas, it's quite durable and hurts the heart less when there's wear and tear. Given time to lay out, the creases do flatten and go away and it serves it's purpose and is comfortable on hardwood when combined with a good rug pad.

    Lumpy carpet

    The price was inexpensive carpet but is quite thin, perhaps better suited for an outdoor space or screened in porch. Creases were numerous and difficult to flatten. Carpet came folded not rolled.
