Years ago when I was living in Turkey, I always liked this brand. Even though Optimum was way more expensive than other supplements, I still tried to buy it because it was my favorite. But unfortunately, not all of their products were available in Turkey. Now that I live in the U.S., I’m always an Optimum customer. SERIOUS PAIN!!!
Do not buy this product. I have swallowed large pills easily all my life. This one is impossible to swallow without serious pain. Even when I break them in half, they still cause serious pain when swallowing. ON should be ashamed for continuing to sell this.

Good tablets
These seem to be the only affordable tablet form EAAs left out there. I personally prefer tablets over powder so I can just pop them down post workout along with my protein shake and then I don't have to deal with an additional thing to drink like with the powder.

Gigantic size Amino tabs!!!
This Amino is probably good for me. However the size of these tablets are gigantic. I broke one in half and tried to swallow it. It got stuck in my throat and I could feel it and keep drinking water for about 5 minutes before I could swallow it. I then put one in a class of water and it took hours to dissolve. The only way I can take them is to crush them to a fine powder and let the particles dissolve for a few hours and them drink it. At least they don't have much taste so they can be taken this way. I guess I couldn't recommend them as they are unless maybe for a horse or cow emino

Hard to swallow
It works great if you can get it down your throat but, these things are horse pills. I have chocked multiple times due to the size even in haled water because one was so stuck. Please either use less filler if there is some in there and make them smaller and increase the number of pills and daily dosage to match current volume. These are very hard to swallow if I have not been clear enough. The effect once taken is great. I would suggest at least half the size they are now or make them the size of an Excedrin or Tylenol. I can't recommend till size is changed. (See Picture)
