Amino Energy Blue Raspberry is a wonderful product. I use it every morning instead of coffee. It tastes great and is just ticket prior to a workout. I'm a big fan!

I also love teying new and better pre workout products that can help me push harder and longer in my weight lifting, as well as help.my muscles recover afterwards. The flavor sounded great from the outside, but once one opens the seal, a bitter smell you weren't expecting hits your nostrils. Despite the smell, I proceeded to fill my water bottle with the powder and shook it up good and drank it. Again, bitterness. Again, despite that, I did drink the whole bottle and have continued to use the powder because the great thing about this product is that it does deliver in providing the energy I need to go harder and longer.

I started a bit worried that it would be super sugary and fake tasting, but was so surprised and happy. While it doesn't stay suspended for a long amount of time it doesn't bother me to jiggle the bottle a bit before I drink it. Lol. I will be switching from my gatorade to this because of how much I like the flavor and how good I feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving this 3 stars because while it tastes great and is easy to use I didn't notice enough of an increase in energy for my workouts as I would have liked. Pros: It tastes great. I personally love fruity flavors and blue raspberry is a favorite of mine. It mixes very easily. I used 3 scoops and then put in 3-4oz of very warm water, swish it around for a couple seconds, and then add ice cubes and 8oz cold water. No grit and no clumps. Again, I really enjoyed the taste - it was like drinking a treat, almost felt like an indulgence for me. Cons: Overall, I just wasn't impressed with the level of energy I got from it. I followed the instructions and drank it 20-30 minutes before a work out. I do a rotation of HIIT workouts one day and then strength training the next. It suggested starting out with 2 scoops and adjusting from there. I noticed nothing with 2, went to 3 and felt slightly more energy than I had with 2. Perhaps if I experimented with 4 or more scoops I would notice a more significant increase but I'm hesitant to have that much caffeine in a day since I am a religious 3 cups a day coffee drinker. Bottom line is I wouldn't purchase this or recommend to a friend. It may be I'm just not the best fit for a product like this but it didn't give me enough of a performance improvement to warrant a purchase of this product.

The mix blended well with water and had a great taste. There wasn't any grainy texture left after mixing which was a big plus! It was a refreshing experience before a workout or mid-day.

I do feel like I have a bit more energy (not expecting a big difference since this is just a booster) It's been about a week of taking it so only time will tell to see if I continue to feel and see a difference. Overall my body felt amazing after workouts. I still have enough energy for my 3 kids to play and clean up after them.

The taste was good, which is a huge plus for me because of it doesn't taste good I most likely won't continue with it. I think the next flavor I will try is the Fruit Fusion. I more of a Fruit flavored fan than a Blue Raspberry for my daughter is a huge Blue Raspberry fan and really like the flavor. I would continue getting this for sure.
