Trusted C

I have been using these for years and find them to be easy to take, economical, and effective. Because vitamin C is water soluble I like to take smaller amounts more often. The 500 mg size is perfect for that for me.

Vitamin C with Rose Hips for year-round wellness

I always have the smaller 500mg Vit C bottle handy, to use when I don't want a full1000mg dose (my other bottle). I order the Vit C with rose hips, to boost the immune-enhancing benefit. And Swanson usually has the lowest cost, especially during their sales.

Swanson is Great!!

Swanson's vitamins/supplements are very good, high quality! I have been with them for several years now. And I plan to continue with them! I like to get large amounts at a time so I don't have to keep going back every month. I love the 2-bottle deals too. My husband and I both take many of the same vitamins so, I need a lot for a year's worth. Quite often get great deals in my emails as well!! Just the right amount of vit c to take with each meal its water soluble so only last in your system approximately 5 hours so better to take smaller amounts more often of course some people its better taking larger amounts at one time the rose hips adds additional nutrients also a really good product and value

I depend on it

I like this product because it is one of the only offered in capsule form for a reasonable price. I try not to take tablets, feels like swallowing rocks to me!! Vitamin C has so many benefits *& this product is a winner

Will not order again, prefer caplets....

While I'm sure the swanson quality is there, I don't like the capsules - prefer the caplets. I ordered these out of desparation because Swanson has been out of the time released caplets that I've been buying for YEARS. Don't like these, too big, but will have to do until what I want is available. Been a couple months now, hopefully soon.
