Swanson Herbal Supplements Sulforaphane from Broccoli Sprout Extract 400 mcg Veggie Capsule 60ct

I have been taking this (thanks to my brother who recommended it to me). It is also good for people who have constipation as it clears the bowels easily without the laxative effect like senokot etc. Cleaning the whole inside system. I am buying for other as well as I know this is a very good product. Will keep ordering.

I started using this product due to the beneficial effects it is supposed to have, which I read on the internet. I feel no different from using it. I would have bought the actual broccoli sprouts, but I don't think grocery stores sell it anymore, at least not the ones I go to. But after I bought these pills, it appears that it is cheaper than buying the broccoli sprouts in the store. So I am pleased with my purchase.

I take this to keep my immune system up. I used to get sick for no reason every year. I started taking this and now I can sometimes get away from getting as sick as I do. I only wish there were more capsules.

There are no special storage conditions shown on the package and I don't think Swanson observes any in their warehouse. It needs to be kept below 0 F. The use of such extracts, though effective, is complicated by the fact that sulforaphane is only moderately stable over time, especially in aqueous solution. The reactivity of sulforaphane is exacerbated by the fact that lyophilized extracts are hygroscopic, and as water is adsorbed during protracted storage or formulation, their useful shelf-life is limited unless chemically stabilized, kept cold, or made frequently during the study.

This is my 2nd purchase of Sulforaphane. I love being able to get the Total benefits of eating Broccoli Sprouts in a very small capsule. I am so happy with this product. I will be purchasing more when I have finished these bottles.

This is good, and it does seem to help. You would have to eat a ton of Broccoli to get all the sulforaphane in one of these, so a pill makes it easy. This is pricey, so get it on sale and stock up. I take this from time to time and I am happy with the results.

I know I don't eat enough broccoli and this stuff helps me get what I'm missing! Love it!

I have to take at least 15 to feel any effect. Pills should be bigger or amount of capsules should be increased. Currently it's very impractical. I stick to broccomax for now.

We all love Broccoli (well MOST of us do anyway), but we'd have to eat a boatload everyday just to get what's in one small capsule of Swanson's Sulforaphane. Now you can really have your veggies on the go, AND at a great price as well!

This product really helps me. I also have tried other companies' versions of this and they are simply not the same. Swanson's product is top-quality for a great price! :)

I regularly switch between several broccoli supplements, including this Sulforaphane product. Broccoli is too important to ignore. I buy extras when it goes on special sales.

Easy to take I take one everyday good quality and reasonable price broccoli is known to be very good for you.

I use it every day instead of eating broccoli, which are not my favorites.
