Skip the sour taste and try this supplement
Thought taking an Amla supplement would be better than drinking it - so sour. Pleased with this supplement.

Amla for Lowering Cholesterol
Good price point for the product. I have been taking it for just a few months, so I will know more about it's effectiveness after my next cholesterol LDL/HDL panel since I am taking it to lower cholesterol. Thanks!

more than another super food
Since I started taking AMLA daily, I've noticed hair loss stopped and my fingernails have strengthened and stopped splitting or breaking.

Full Spectrum Amla..... WOW!
What more is there to say about a quality product that does what it says it will In a convenient delivery system (capsule) at a fair price. Am I pleased with the results? You bet I am as the consistently helpful effects of Amla became noticeable within mere days of its first use! WOW!

Very good product
Have been using this product along with fish oil for about 2 years. Had a good checkup so I would say they work.

Miraculous
At age 68 the hair on my wrists and back of my hands has returned and elsewhere is no longer grey but coming in brown. This in conjunction with nattokinase and bromelain.

AM NOT SURE ABOUT AMLA
I read all the glowing reports about Amla Fruit, and I'm all for doing the best for my well being and longevity, so I gave it a try. While it may have been doing good things behind the scenes, so to speak. I noticed absolutely nothing while using up the entire bottle taking 2 capsules daily. Could be because I have all those bases covered with other natural nutrients. Also could be that someone who doesn't utilize all the wellness and longevity foods and supplements that I do would benefit from Amla. I'm sure it has merit. I just had no reason to get more and continue taking it. We can't use / take everything. I stick with the products and foods that I know make a positive difference in my life. Amla Fruit capsules are not expensive; you might give Amla a try to see if you see anything positive happening for you.

Unsure if it works
I've been taking this regularly, but can't seem to tell if it works or not. I don't necessarily feel a sense of "well-being" any more than I did prior to adding it to my routine. I decided to try it to keep my Pitta balanced. Not sure if I will re-purchase.

Solid, label vague
I recently started taking Amla instead of Vitamin C supplements. This product seems to be an economical and effective alternative to competitors. One criticism: I wish the label had some disclosure of Vitamin C content.

Big pack little effect
I replaced this with the original Indian brand. Double effect for half the price (both oversee shipping). Didn't want to believe.

Amla Fruite
Foods high in natural Vitamin C with the co factors is extremely important to me. Many products are synthetic ascorbic acid and are not really vitamin C. They are made from corn and are difficult for the body use.

I heard this product can be taken in large doses, no threat of loose stools. Will update this review. In a few days use, so far very good.

Very Good Product
My wife found by taking Alma and Nattokinase she is having a good report with the doctor and is more econonmical because it's providing more combined health benefits.

Amla
I am very pleased with this product; as far as I can tell it is not "cut" with any filler material in order to increase profit margins (A practice some manufacturers engage in!), and I will continue to purchase it at Swansons.

Amla Fruit
Combined with Nattokinaise, this works well for me. I am amazed at my last check-up.
