Wrong Product for Me

Truth is this product didn't work for me, however, I found out that my joint problems were a calcium deficiency and inflammation wasn't the problem anyway. So perhaps it may work for you.

Seems like a great product

There is so many things going on in our body that we are not aware of. I added this to my routine a little over a year ago. I don't always remember to take it, as I am already taking about 100 different supplements that I split into taking twice a week. Some I take every day and some just once in a while when I remember. Some I take for general maintenance like Holy Basil. Other than reading scientific reports on how a supplement helps we may never know how well a supplement works. I have not been to a doctor in about 5 years now. So, I assume my routine is working.

Totally effective, capsule meh

The type of dissolving capsule in which the holy basil is contained resulted in my husband getting pretty significant indigestion, and he's not one who normally gets indigestion. The price was great, but I may have to look for another type of capsule material.

My "go to" for for crazy days

When the world is going too fast, people are difficult to deal with and too many things require my attention at once, my "go to" is the Holy Basil. As a receptionist for a construction company, I need to keep my cool and feel calm during high bid days. All it takes is one "nice" person in the midst of a bad day to make things easier for everyone else and that is why I use Holy Basil.....

This Product Is Wonderful

I've heard a lot about the properties of Holy Basil and decided to give it a try. Now I'm wondering why I took so long because the first day I felt better, getting ready to reorder right now.
