Olive Oil, a Good Health Support.

Olive oil is a great health support from the Mediterranean which also helps to promote healthy blood pressure levels, so I am glad to be able to support mine with this good quality product.

Side Effects

I caused bloating and excessive gas within few days of using only 1 gram per day. I will stick to using this oil for cooking and salad dressing.as I have no problem with that.

The Best!

By far the best of it's kind on the market. It is extremely difficult to get olive oil in the convenient tablet/softgel form. But, this product makes daily olive oil intake so much easier. Also, it is very effective, and Swanson makes it very convenient to purchase...One of my all time favorite health products.

I like adding EVO to my overall diet

From what I have read, I see the benefits of adding EVO to my diet as I don't use it as much as I would like to. I like the benefits I have read about using Olive Oil for your overall health and will be using this as a way of adding it to my diet at a great price compared to purchasing EVO at the store and cooking with it. Great value

I have been very satisfied with this product. The price is terrific comparatively. I recently decided to quit taking fish oil considering the pollution of the ocean. This oil seems to be as effective. I also take Swanson's Organic Coconut Oil capsules. I definitely believe I need Essential Fatty Acids, and this fills the bill for me.

Swanson oilve oil capsules are a great way for me to get my olive oil without the mess and oilly after taste. olive oil is great for the cardiovascular system and this is the best way to get them.

I buy the olive oil My 89 year old mother. IShe asked me to find her some and Swanson was/is the only place that carries it. It is very helpful for older people, helps keep us regular. AND like all your products it's great quality at great prices.

I really like the convenience of taking this product, the soft-gel very easy to swallow. No bitter after taste when ingesting this product, my body feels great in the morning and it feels bad if I forget to take it before going to bed. I do take more than just 1 and the only side effects I get, are feeling good. I'm sure my car would feel bad if it didn't have oil in it. Oil in a soft-gel, awesome idea. Thanks Swanson Trucker
