Goes well with Gingko Biloba

I open a capsule into 16-20 oz water and sip throughout the day. Refrigerate when not in use, stir appropriately. Taking a whole capsule at one time is too intense for me and it clears the body too quickly.

GO TO GOTU KOLA

I have been taking Gotu Kola for quite a while now along with my other power herb and mushroom products. They provide me with the natural fuel I want and need for my nonstop pedal-to-the-metal life. I take them early in the day, before my mental and physical demands get started and kick into high rear. Good stuff.

Gotu Kola

Gotu Kola is a suttle herb, for me it gave me a bit of positive energy that lasted quite a while, like a nudge of the glass is half full, now fill the other half, it's easy! Feeling good to get something done with the right attitude is always helpful and welcome for me.

Swanson Gotu Kola

Amazing product with an amazing price from Swanson. I take one in the morning (along with Swanson Eleuthero Root), and one in the early afternoon and it seems to help a lot. It's not like a caffeine buzz or anything like that, it's more of an alertness with no 'come-down' later in the day like you would with an energy drink.

I have only been taking this product consistently for about a month now; I haven't noticed any significant changes yet, but it may be too soon to tell. Most of the reviews were great, so I do plan on continuing this product.

Too soon to tell

I've only taken the Gotu Kola for about 3 weeks or so. I think it is too early to say. I think it might be helping with information recall, but I'm going to give it longer and see what happens. I gave it a 3 stars because I'm not sure if it's doing anything yet. It would be more convenient to take it once a day not twice a day.

Not bad stuff

I have been using Gotu Kola for a few months now and I definitely notice a difference. It evens out my mood by calming me when I need calming, and energizing me when I need energizing. I also noticed that it is very soothing to my stomach and digestive tract. Every day use is needed to feel effects. I take 1 capsule 2 times per day.
