Even though the Daily Value of Beta-Sitosterol on this product is higher than a previously used product, it did not have an improved effect. It actually appeared to have a lesser effect.

Prostate Refuge

I had been using other prostate profusely which seemed to help but we're beginning to become ineffective. I switched to using Swanson Beta-Sitosterol and found unquestionable relief.

Effective but currently out of stock

After 2 months of using this product, I am convinced that it is doing what I wanted it to do. The only downside is that it is somewhat pricey, and constantly out of stock.

It works

I've been taking this for about a month now, and it works the best out of all the stuff I was taking before. I know it's not a cure for a person with prostate problems, but it sure made a difference.

Can't live without it!

I've been taking these daily for years, for BPH. A trusted healer friend recommended it rather than prescription medication (Flomax), and it has worked well, with no apparent side effects. I was quite upset when you were out of it several months ago, and had only the 160mg capsules (which I then had to take twice daily). Bought a 6-month supply when you restocked it!

Swanson’s Beta + Puritan’s Pride

I’ve not yet found an encompassing formula. I have settled on this Beta-Sitosterol from Swanson & another formula that has documented positive results from Puritan’s Pride. The 2 combined have had positive results for me…….No single formula yet, but for me closer (just 2).
