Doctor said I was low on D. Always look for most reasonable price. Still believe the FDA should regulate all supplement suppliers. Don't believe the "fox" should watch over "the chicken coop". USP is supplement company propaganda. NSF is much better, but not FDA.

96-YEAR OLD’S DAILY VITAMIN

I have used this product for many years. The main reasons I use Swanson rather than other brands are the convenience of mail delivery and the reasonable cost compared to others.

Very small capsule and easy to swallow

Our doctor suggested we take D3. I automatically came to Swanson for it so I would be assured of getting a good quality supplement. Sure enough There was a D3 with the same amount per capsule the doctor recommended. The capsule is very small and so easy to swallow.
