    I said it all already except it's kind of pricey, but that's just what is.

    I'm very happy that I've purchased the natural E because I need it for circulation issues in my feet and calves. It seems to work with the rest of my daily circulation protocol.

    This is the natural form of Vitamin E. It's a great product. People are saying that this is the synthetic version, but they are mistaken. d alpha tocopheryl acetate is the natural form, while dl alpha tocopheryl acetate is the synthetic form.

    Mark Farris DDS. I recommend this nutrient in my Kindle book: Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements: What I Take and How Much I Take. Excellent way to get enough daily. I take 800 IU a day. I currently use Swanson. 400 IU per soft gel. 250 soft gels in a bottle. A bottle lasts 4.1 months. I buy on Swanson. I take two after breakfast.

    Makes My Heart Happy

    I chose this because I have been using Swanson products for years I do not want to take any higher dosage than 400 IU which is the recommended amount. I am very happy with this product for keeping my heart healthy since I had a heart attach three years ago.

    Several times my Dr and I have discussed your products that I take. Twice he has taken what he saw helped me and now his mother/in/law takes them and says they are doing great for her. Same as they do for me!!
