They wanted to put 4 needles of steroids in my back. I said NO thank you!!! I see an acupuncturist who told me to up my turmeric also. I’m able to do my gardening again! I limited myself to a few hours so I don’t over do it. Omega-3s and vitamin D are known for lowering inflammation, preventing blood clotting, preserving brain health, and preventing depression. I buy this regularly. This last purchase my bottle expires the same month I ordered it. That’s nasty!!! I tried to return through the app and they want me to send bottle back. Now I have to go to UPS for $10. Most retailers will tell you to toss it. Never again. Gonna start buying it from Iherb.

This pill does ease my chronic stomach pain although it has been causing me to have immediate heartburn from refux after taking it. I take 20mg pantoprazole for GERD every morning, as well. but this stuff burns for awhile after taking it and I usually have to take another antacid to relieve the hearthburn from this pill. I'm going to stop taking it.
