good tasting, has fresh plant flavor/smell = active plant constituent content... a good sign.... seems to work smoothly and consistently. too early to say more.... thanks... like the remedy so far.

Elderberry boosts my immune system

I started my elderberry ingesting with gummies, which are yummy, but decided to give these veg caps a try. My immune supplement regime also includes zinc & kelp. I'm 64, in great health, fly frequently to visit my kids/grandkids all over the US and I have not even had so much as a cold in years, so I'm convinced that the combination of elderberry, zinc & kelp are keeping my immune system strong. These elderberry veg caps are easy to swallow.

Elderberry

Easy to swallow capsule. Hard to get it mixed up with other vitamins because of the berry color. Hope it is an immune booster like the description says.

It is easy to take and is available in a vegetable capsule which is important to me as I don't eat pork and most capsules are made out of gelatin derived from pork. Helps boost my immune system especially in these times of Covid
