Dissiness

I started taking this supplement because I had been suffering from persistent dizziness. I feel much better now, and those dizzy spells where my head feels like it's spinning or making me nauseous are gone. I can't say for sure if it was just the supplement that worked, but I believe it helped. I plan to take it again if the dizziness ever comes back.

Bye bye Brain fog

I have felt a difference. My cognitive function has improved from brain fog to clear thinking. I started taking these in the first place for vascular reasons. So far so good I only take two a day at breakfast. I would recommend this product for brain fog and cardiovascular health. Also I am very cold sensitive, I haven't required a sweater at work since 2 weeks taking these, so it does increase blood flow. I go to see the cardiologist at the end of this month I might add to my review ️

I have been taking this product for at least 10 years If not longer and can honestly that I feel my mind is doing well for a 77 year old women. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay sharp.

You feel brighter and more alert especially when you drink it with your coffee

I used to take ginkgo biloba years ago why I got away from it is beyond me but now I refuse to let it go I have it every morning with my coffee sometimes during the day and it definitely in the evening
