Please note the particulars

50 mg appears to be perfect quantity for long term benefits. Take this with saturated fat to make sure it bypasses liver metabolism, even though the bottle suggests taking it with water. This product should also be occasionally cycled off.

Average results

Not nearly as good as the Supreme DHEA which I have used for a long time. I only tried this product since the Supreme DHEA is out of stock a lot.

DHEA IS A GOOD CHOICE FOR AT LEAST TWO IMPORTANT REASONS

I choose to take 50 mg of DHEA on a daily basis for its benefit in boosting a stronger immune response as well as its anti-viral effects. An added benefit is that it raises my blood serum testosterone level into middle of the range. I am a 72 year old male.

Good product

Liked this product better when it was buy "one get one free." Since I can't make any medical claims based on lab results, I would just say that I liked the capsules better than tablets. Had good results.
