Great price for the patented Cardioaid sterols. One of the few good supplements that won't break the bank and is affordable to take year round.

I was put on a statin for slightly high cholesterol, and took it for a few days, but stopped, after reading so many bad things about them (and I'm a retired pharmacist and have never liked them). So after lots of reading, this seems like a good option to try, plus it may help my prostrate, which could use just a little help. Hope it helps.

I am very pleased that Swanson offers this type of product, as it seems a bit hard to come by (I used to take such a thing, an over the counter product available in stores, several years ago but then I stopped when it went off the market). I like being able to add something to my supplement regimen that will benefit my health, quite possibly. I don't take it daily, but maybe a few times a week. My numbers (taken recently) were still on the slight high side, so maybe if I was more faithful in taking these pills, things might improve. Regardless, I will continue having them in my supplement routine, especially as long as the price is right. These are very economical when Swanson has one of their many sales. And, they are nice and easy to swallow, as they are smallish gel capsules, which I love.

Ok...well I have not been on it long enough to know of any change in my cholesterol..I got enough for three months and hope to maybe know then after lab work is done. I do notice a big difference in my constipation problem...I really don't like discussing that, it's kind of embarrassing but I really believe the sterols have helped AND a. Big plus for me is it seems to be helping with my overweight problem. I have been having occasional hot spells (done with menopause a good while back)and wondered if it is because of the sterols. (??)..Right now this is all but will report back on my cholesterol level in three months...everyone have a blessed day. Stay safe, wear masks...virus is not over by a longshot.

I am and will continue taking this fine product for my heart. I like the natural ingredients, and I feel that taking one capsule daily is an important part of my heart program. I also like that when I go for my annual physical, the cardiologist is very positively impressed with my condition. Works for me.
