Q: I ordered the 10x13 rug and it came folded. We LOVE this rug but how do I get all the creases out so it lays flat?

  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. Below you will find tips on how to flatten out your rug: You can reverse roll the rug and let it sit for 24 hours before laying it flat on the floor. Curled or folded edges can be gently worked out by bending them in the opposite direction and then weighing them down with a heavy book or object. To flatten stubborn edges, use rug grippers or anti-slip tape to adhere the rug to the floor. You can also pull gently on the edges to help smooth out any creases. Creases should disappear within a few days.

    A whole foot shorter than the description states

    It’s a nice enough rug. Doesn’t want to lay flat even with heavy duty carpet tape. The thing I’m annoyed about is that it is 10x12, not 10x13 as advertised. I paid a nice chunk of change to get a 10x13 rug pad (because it’s such an unusual size) and it didn’t fit. Why can’t the description just be honest?

    Rich Design, Poor Packaging

    Beautiful rug but it arrived dirty and slightly damaged on one end where the rug is rolled up. The end was completely uncovered, exposing it to dirt. If the rug was properly packaged it would have been great. The design is nice and the feel of the rug material is like a traditional rug, soft but durable. I would purchase it again if I knew that it would be packaged properly. I cannot recommend it because correct packaging is not guaranteed.

    Delivered to wrong address

    Item was never delievered to door. It was delivered to wrong apartment in a open space. Target would not replaced because they said it was a different company that used their website . Unacceptable and I would never recommend ordering a product that's obviously not Target . Make sure you pay attention . They will not replace .
