Each bladder leakage pad comes individually wrapped in a discreet, pocket-sized pouch for easy carrying and disposal. To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Guards for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. For light bladder leaks like drips and dribbles, use Depend Incontinence Shields for Men. It never felt wet to the surrounding skin and it definitely holds 25 times its weight in liquid. It also neutralized any bad odor that usually comes along with urine and that was a relief to not have to smell that smell or think anyone around you can smell it. I definitely recommend this product to anyone with bladder issues that wants something to protect their skin and from ruining clothes from bladder accidents. One guard lasted many hours depending on how much liquid was in it. Only 1-2 per day were needed. They come in a discreet package as well.

They fit securely, discreetly and comfortably, and sometimes he can’t tell it’s there. He said that they’re fairly absorbant and controls the odor pretty well. Great quality and he was super pleased.
