To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Guards for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. For light bladder leaks like drips and dribbles, use Depend Incontinence Shields for Men. I wore them with my boxers and barely felt them as they are breathable. I didn't have to constantly change it throughout the day which is a plus. It really absorbs leaks and prevents chafing. I definitely recommend these for bladder protection.

They fit comfortably, stay in place even when I’m moving around a lot, and most importantly, they do the job. They didn’t make notice when he walked, so no one could hear that he was wearing them like some other brands. They were extremely discreet. These underpants allowed no odor and had no leaking at all during use. They were very easy to dispose of. Travels well! Happy to hear you found them comfortable. For Fresh Protection™ Underwear the long pad inside the underwear is meant to be worn toward the front, since they are designed to absorb urine. Hope this helps.
