Each mini capsule contains ibuprofen 200 mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is already dissolved, for headache, backache, menstrual pain relief, joint pain relief and minor arthritis pain relievers. Much easier to swallow as well. Only one downside is that gels cost more than regular tablets. Regardless I highly recommend!
