Do NOT buy. Does absolutely nothing.

I do not have an issue with this product itself, only the fact that when I bought it, it did not come with a charging cable. And unfortunately, I bought it on sale so I cannot return it.

It stopped working after a few months. It just stopped charging and I had only used it like 10 times :(

I bought this vacuum thinking it would help clean some difficult to reach areas as well as my car. It does not work well for cleaning because it barely has any suction. The other disadvantage is that the battery is absolutely terrible. One full charge will get you about 5 minutes. I regret not returning this sooner. Save your money and do not buy this vacuum.

This hand vacuum is a joke. After fully charging and then turning on for the 1st time, I could immediately tell this would not work for my needs (vacuuming stairs and cars). The suction was HORRIBLE. Reminded me of those little toy vacuums my kids had as toddlers. Immediately returned the next day and got a Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Hand Vacuum.

This worked "okay" the first time and rapidly declined each time after. It will barely pick up crumbs. I should have returned it when I had the chance.

I had this for 2 weeks before it just died. Save yourself the money and headache.

Bought it to vacuum my car but it didn’t pick anything up. Best use I’ve found is to get hair off the floor in the bathroom. But even for that it misses a lot of stuff. Would not repurchase or recommend.

The switch is defective and this vacuum has no power! I already bought two and both times I returned! Don’t waste your time or money.

This is my second comment, this time concerning customer service. My Dirt Devil (flip) is basically brand new. Stopped working about 2 months ago. Got a new charger, still does not work. Horrible

It's small and easy to store

This has almost no suction

Terrible suction capabilities. Barely even picks up dust bunnies.

The product is useable, but difficult and annoying to use, because of the power switch. The power switch is SO tight. It is not moveable unless I use two hands and try to wedge my fingers into the end space. I am a young woman with good average strength and dexterity in my fingers and hands. My husband, who is very strong and athletic, also struggled to switch the power button on / off. Because it takes all this extra effort and time to get the vacuum off, it is running longer and using up the little battery charge that it has. And instead of easily switching it on / off as I walk around to different spots in a room to vacuum up things, I leave it running which is also using up the battery charge. I looked into returning it, but it would cost me in shipping what I paid for it - - that includes both the cost to ship it back and the shipping I initially paid upon purchase that is not refunded. I guess the company sets it up that way, so you don't return it? I'll use it as best I can and when it no longer works I won't be buying another one unless improvements are made to the hardware functionality. It is disappointing how the quality of products manufactured today in all realms is so poor.

Doesn't really suck up debris off carpet.

Cannot turn on and off button with one finger. You have to use your finger nails to move the button it's so hard. Not really one handed cleaning.

Battery stops charging. It’s worthless. Tossed in the trash.
