Great wall ball
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great addition to my home gym - just like what I used to use when I worked out at a large gym. It's great for wall tosses, floor slams, and since I'm tall, I use it for weighted ab exercises too. Sturdy construction and soft feel. I highly recommend.

Perfect to use at home

This small ball is perfect for at-home workouts, and I'm confident that I can throw this ball to the wall without fear of waking my kids or disrupting anyone else in the home. Must-Have Gym Equipment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work out roughly 4-5x a week, but this is my first time trying out a medicine slam ball. I am so glad I did because I didn’t realize it would be possible to achieve a new level of soreness, but I really did using the slam ball. This thing is a beast! Since I’m new to the world of slam balls, the 8lb size seemed perfect to me to start out with. It’s pretty substantial, around twice the size of a basketball and to me is a solidly constructed gym equipment. I love that the act of slamming this ball to the ground works out my entire body. One of my biggest problem areas is my core. I hate sit ups, they hurt my tail bone, even on a mat. So the slam ball to me is the perfect workaround as your abdominals do get an intense workout from using it. The slam ball was the perfect addition to my home gym equipment and I know the more I train with it, it’s going to give me that explosiveness and muscle strength I am looking for. This is a must-have equipment to me. Aside from working out at home, I also have a small gym I go to in my neighborhood. I am definitely going to request that they get the ZIVA slam balls at the gym as well. If you don’t know where to start with slam balls, there are some great full workout videos you can watch on YouTube. Get a ZIVA slam ball, you won’t regret it and your body will thank you for it!

Great version of a classic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weighted squats have always been one of my favorite exercises. Having a medicine ball you can slam and squat press makes all the difference. This weighted slamable medicine ball is perfect. It’s extremely well made. I slam it right into a concrete floor without any issue. The leather cover is easy to grip and doesn’t get slick when sweaty. The large laces add another great grip feature. I love this thing. If you aren’t gassed after 15 minutes of this, you aren’t trying!

Perfect addition to my home gym
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wall slam ball adds so much to my gym routine. There are so many exercises that it can be used for. As far as the structure, I feel it is well put together and seems very durable. I think it will last me for quite some time. It's the perfect size and doesn't give as far as softness. I can use it on the floor doing a plank as extra balance. I can use it as a whole body workout by throwing and catching against a wall, I can use it for abs...there is just so much variety in use. I'm super happy with the wall slam ball in every aspect and would definitely recommend adding it to any gym!

While currently on a weight-loss journey, I felt that I needed to add a piece of equipment to shake things up a little. This is perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Ziva wall ball! It is so multifunctional and a great addition to my home gym and workouts. It is like a medicine ball in many ways but does so much more! It is larger than a medicine ball and is somewhat bouncy so you can bounce off the floor or wall (I’m a little scared to try it on my old walls). It has a nice texture which makes it easy to hold it while doing things like lunges and squats to increase the intensity of your workouts. It is also great to throw back and forth with a partner to work on core strength and balance. So far it is holding up great and it seems extremely well constructed. What an awesome tool to help achieve my fitness goals!

Survived use on asphalt and concrete
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wall ball is fantastic. I would say if you are thinking about it, just pull the trigger. The construction quality is excellent and it shows in it's durability. I used this in my backyard which has brick pavers for a couple hours and no damage to the material! I then took it to a friends house and used it on concrete and no noticeable signs of damage were visible. I wish my gym would buy wall balls of this quality that don't fall apart. It also doesn't slip from my sweaty hands, it has a tough grip.

I have been able to really improve my workout with this medicine ball. It is solid, well made, and built to last. I have slammed this ball on the floor and it is holding up very well. It has a really good bounce, and won't slam back at you. Great quality material, this medicine ball is going to be durable for years from now. This thing is sturdy and one of the best medicine balls I've ever used. Would recommend.

Versatile ball!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have used this for many exercises and stretches. The grip and stitching is great and feels well made. Numerous workouts I have incorporated this into such as russian twists, declined sit ups, balanced close grip push ups, lateral raises, and on and on. In a pinch, I've also used it to help stretch out and roll my back that held up well. It is a well rounded tool for your exercise equipment!

It is soft and since I use it at home, I'm not afraid to break anything because of how soft it is when it impacts the wall or ground.
