It was such an experience to switch to a new carrier. The first week I was having a hard time not able to receive calls and also bad connection. After I contacted your customer service, they reset my iPhone but one thing they left out was they never told me all my preset Wi-Fi connections were gone and I had to go back and reconnect them all were at work and home. I was using Mint Data for over a week. Then I received text and told me I used up 80% of the data. I think Mint should extend my 5G service for this month to 10 G until the next month. I had never used up more than 5G each month for the 30 years I use the cell phone. This is something Mint customer service should extend their service to inform customers.

Unreliable, spotty service. Data is slow. Monitored my usage with previous provider to sign up for my right plan. Averaged 8gb a month. I figured with some cutback and depending more on WiFi I could make 5 gb work. No. Apparently I blew through 5gb in a week. With no changes to my usage aside from using my employers WiFi instead of my network as I did with my previous provider. It really is a get what you pay for plan

Internet service is like buttons on a shirt. As long as all the buttons are in place, no one notices them. But as soon as one is missing, it gets attention, and not in a good way. My cell phone is always ready and functional, so I give it little thought until it rings or beeps pleasantly. No need to call anyone because of a malfunction. That's great service!
