Couldn’t activate it for the life of me. Trying to activate it online and the app was unsuccessful. Tried calling to set it up but the call kept getting disconnected after entering my zip code. Customer service wasn’t able to activate it on their end.

Everytime travel to Mosinee which is 15 miles from home "no voice services carrier has temporarily turned off" travel to Wausau 5 to 15 miles from home no tower service or same as above. Reset network on phone still same. Mint did something on there end restarted phone still the same. Most of the time I can restart my phone than get service in Wausau annoying! Restarting doesn't work in Mosinee.

I was with a service that was fine but made it difficult to accommodate our needs as we grew in our activities without costing more. When I heard about Mint it took a minute to make the jump but I'm really glad I did. Switching was a breeze and done in minutes! We have an unlimited family plan that works great for us. My son recently got his HAM Radio license and he likes to visit the repeaters on the mountain summits that surround our valley. So we're off on new adventures each weekend and I don't think twice about using data. The unexpected side benefit has been the weight loss from all the hiking that we're doing. So, thanks Mint for the peace of mind on our data usage and the loose waistband!

I have absolutely no cellular service in my home or at my work. The only time I have service is when I am out and about in my car. I have Wi-Fi calling so I can still make and receive calls but this is not enough. I need to have full service especially at home. As I do not have a landline and my cell phone is the only phone I have.

A win. I just wish that offered stuff like spam protection. But so far I am pleased with mint mobile and my service haven't had any dropped calls or lapse in service since like I did either my old carrier. Although my number does still appear as restricted when making calls. What's that about mint?

So far so good, not too much I can honestly complain about (and that's a big deal living in Wyoming) Service that's reliable is tough to find around here. That being said I only rated 4 stars because the messages could be a bit more reliable when switching from RCS to SMS. It should honestly just switch automatically, and thr fact I had to change the APN ony own to get everything to work, (they fidnt send instructions on that part) But really everything else is top notch.
