This pillow helps alleviate headaches, tension, and neck pain by providing proper alignment of the neck while sleeping, and is commonly used to help treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders.

This is a firm pillow. It may take some time to adjust to a corrective cervical support pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. For those who are newer to cervical support pillows, or prefer slightly less support, the “Lite” version may be a better option for you. The Lite version provides moderate to firm support, while the standard version provides very firm support.

For back sleeping, the wedge extension offers additional support to the neck, shoulders, and upper spine. The firm cervical contour supports the neck and promotes proper cervical posture. The contoured headrest gently cradles the head and features airflow channels to help keep you cool and comfortable while sleeping. The combination of the cervical contour and headrest keeps the head level to help relieve pressure on the sinuses, which may reduce snoring. The two side sleeping surfaces feature airflow channels that allow air to circulate more freely, which prevents heat build-up. Featuring jaw relief channels to reduce pressure on the jaw, this pillow helps relieve pain and discomfort in the jaw, neck, shoulders, and surrounding muscles.

Measuring Instructions: Stand with your arms at your side, looking straight ahead. Using a ruler, measure from the base of your neck to the outside tip of the bony prominence (greater tubercle) of the shoulder. Ignore any muscle mass beyond the bony prominence.

NOTE: If your measurement falls between two sizes or if you sleep on a soft surface such as memory foam or a pillow-top mattress, choose one size smaller.
