I didn’t really see any results but I did see red flags on my test results when I got my blood drawn. These are VERY hard on your liver and shouldn’t be taken for extended periods of time!!! They can cause irreversible liver damage so please be careful.

I took them for a couple weeks and didn't necessarily notice any "fat burning" as I didn't lose weight or anything, but I do think they increased my energy a bit. It's not something I'd regularly spend my money on unless I had results within a couple weeks, hence the 3/5 stars.

As instructed, I took 2 pills in the morning on an empty. I felt nauseas and had a headache the entire day. I just did not feel good. I did not feel anxious or shaky at all, I just felt awful. I thought maybe I was just not feeling well that day. I waited 4 days and took additional 2 pills and felt the same way. I would not recommend this at all.

Great to curb appetite, easy to digest and was not expensive but you may get some jitters from this of course because of the caffeine, it lasted all day for me so its strong but it did not take any pain away.
