RTIC's 52 QT Ultra-Light Wheeled Cooler is adventure ready and built to keep the good times rolling. Made with RTIC's unique Ultra-Light design, this injection-molded cooler is 30% lighter than rotomolded coolers with similar capacity. With up to 2.5" of closed-cell foam insulation this cooler keeps contents cold for up to 5 days when following RTIC's cooling tips.

This cooler definitely retains the cold, which is why I purchased it. I travel from work, so it sits in my car, in the hot sun for up to 6 hrs plus another 3 hrs travel time. That has been awesome. It maneuvers well. It's a bit heavy for me, so I put it in the car before filling it. I was worried if it was going to be big enough, so was disappointed when it arrived to see the the wheels cut into the interior space. There are no pictures that show that when I was scrutinizing the details, and dimensions on line before purchase. Other than that, it is doing the job as intended!

I bought this for my husband for father's day, to give him something he could keep in his truck and keep cold drinks for work all week. Im excited to give it to him! But its huge. Wayyy bigger than i expected it to be lol so I'm not sure it will work in his truck with all his tools but we shall see! Its heavy, too. Wow is it heavy for an EMPTY cooler claiming to be light weight 😅 I struggled to get the box in the house. The 52 is definitely a weekend camping type cooler, not an everyday cooler. Get a smaller one if thats what youre going for. Ill update my review if im able to once he's tried it out (:

This cooler is ICE COLD! We’ve only utilized it 1 time so far, but have many plans for the future. We stored bagged ice in it on a hot day at a party, and 1 bag was left over at the end of the day, with so little melt that the cubes were still mostly separate - with no pre-chill. I have no doubt this cooler will perform similarly to the original versions for keeping our food cold.

Just used it for the first weekend out camping. Precooled it and after 4 days I still had a third of the ice I started with. Opened it a million times to get drinks and food out. Way bigger on the inside than my friends yetis, and way lighter to load in and out of the car. I love this thing!

Bought the 52 QT for my birthday to take to the beach. Loved how easy it was to run on the sand and kept food crisp cold. Wire tray was not included so I suggest to purchase one when buying this cooler to keep your food away from water. The divider is also highly suggest to separate drinks from food. Love the color love that it holds everything I need for beach trips.
