App crashes every single time on new Android phone

The app worked fine on an older Samsung Android phone, but keeps crashing every time I tried to select a device and connect to wi-fi on a new Android phone. And for some reason, Google Home won't let me connect to Westinghouse at all, saying "Username does not exist" (even though I created one with the Westinghouse app) and doesn't offer an alternative method of connecting. Will try Smart Home next, but I'm not getting my hopes up. PLEASE FIX THIS APP.

Stopped Working

I bought this Wi-Fi to outlet smart plug 3 years ago and it worked well. After I upgraded my phone the app stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the app still will not work.

Was working

It was easy to set up on my old phone and worked fine. I upgraded my phone and nonstop crashes. Google play said last update in 2022 I think. If they get this fixed I will gladly change to 5 stars. Google play there is more negative reviews then positive.

unable to add again after reset

I have 5 of this kind but after changing my wifi router, I was not ablet to use it again... Tried resetting the smart plug but it did not worked at all. Money wasted!

Good smart plug

I wish it had location services as an option where it would turn on when I arrived home and turn off when I left. You can add schedules in the app and also do sunrise and sunset. It’s compatible with Google Home. I like that it has a child lock option for the button in the app.
