  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. While we do not recommend machine washing this rug, it is easy to clean. Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth or sponge. Apply a carpet stain remover according to that cleaner’s instructions. Professional rug cleaning is also recommended as needed.

Terrible quality and appearance

The rug arrived bent and frayed, the color and design are not as pictured. The beige background is dull and dirty-looking. Truly dreadful quality and excessively high fee to return.

Cheap and thin

Looks great

Would give it 5 stars but due to the folding of the rug, and I’m sure it’s shipped this way for a reason but there are ripples and it doesn’t lye flat. It’s been weeks and still it won’t flatten out. Rugs like this need to be rolled not folded.

Will NEVER flatten out. Ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this rug. It’s beautiful and I got it for an excellent price. But, when we took it out of its packaging, it was folded oddly at the end and in the middle. There’s kinks that don’t come out no matter what. We left it to lay for days to try and get the kinks out. We lightly wet it, put books on top to try and flatten it out. Nothing works. It’s in my toddlers room and he constantly trips over it. It’s incredibly frustrating. I thought giving it time would help so I stuck it out, but alas, nothing has worked.

Poor quality

I am very disappointed about this rug purchase. Much thinner than expected. Also after two weeks won't lay flat. The bumps and waves from shipping have not laid out and have no sign of flattening without having to purchase additional adhesives. One corner will not stop rolling up. I am so disappointed. I would like to return but due to the size and no response from Rugs USA I am keeping it for it. What a waste. Color and pattern are fine, but I cannot get past the waves, it looks awful.

Area rug received

We put the rug down in our living room a few days after receiving the rug.. its been months now since we layed it out and still to the day the rug is not laying flat. There are like waves in the rug. Very poor quality, uneven, cheap-looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very poor quality item, it’s so thin and light that it hasn’t flatten in over two weeks even though I put several heavy items on it. The worst part is the uneven stitching at both ends. It’s hard to tell from the pics but the ends of the rug are not straight which makes it look even cheaper. Do not recommend unless you’re looking for a simple mat for under a bed which is the only reason I’m keeping it.
