    Terrible Packaging

This caused the rug to have horrible, permanent crease down the middle that can be seen and felt under the feet. Putting heavy, flat furnitures over the rug for 2 days did not straighten out the rug.Unbelievable packaging for a rug retailer.

    Broken Lattice Rug

    I purchased 2 different sizes of the Charcoal - 10X14 and 5X8. The color was a little different with the larger rug in the dark shade that is shown on the website, whereas the smaller rug, although labeled Charcoal was actually a few shades lighter - more like a dark gray, than a charcoal. For my purposes, this was absolutely fine and in fact, I was pleased with the contrast, but someone else might want an exact match. Both rugs were in great condition and I'm very pleased with them.
