Its custom mascara volume and length SuperSpark Brush is made with different lengths of flex bristles, arranged in a spiral firework pattern to hug and shoot lashes up and out.
Step 1. Hold flexible brush against lashes.

Unable to get an even application, clumps easily and because of the flexible/bendy wand, it’s hard to really take control and clear out the clumps. I have to use another mascara to help it out.

Doesnt come off easily
It applied okay however when I applied micellar water to get it off it was not budging. I did have to use oil to get it off my lashes. If it's that stuck on it's not for me. I already do so much in my nighttime skin care routine that adding one more step is a no go for me. I returned it.

Cannot apply this without lashes clumping together. Applicator bristles are weirdly short which doesn't help. Very difficult to remove. Might look okay from far away?

Maybelline did it again! I have worn the Maybelline sky high mascara for years and decided to try the Firework and it did not disappoint! I have tried high end mascaras and nothing compares to this. Wand doesn't look anything like the photo - it's actually tiny, much shorter bristles, and very difficult to use for application. The product comes out super goopy and unevenly on the bristles. The wand is crooked and so a bunch of goop ends up al over the rim everytime I dip it in and take it out. The mascara itself is watery.

Not bad!!
I got this mascara as a gift in the miniature size. The packaging is cute- a baby pretty pink mascara. The wand is good too. I prefer the rubbery wands to the fibery ones, so that was a plus for me. The mascara itself was okay. It was too runny for my taste at first but got better as it dried a little. You can see in the picture that my lashes look a hair wet. The result is pretty good. Usually, I curl my lashes at the roots twice and one at the tips and then proceed to use Vaseline as a primer. This product gave my lashes a really nice dark black color and really lengthened them. After application, I recommend letting it dry for at the 3 minutes to reduce smudging. I would probably have given this 4 stars if it wasn’t for the strong smell. It smells a little like acrylic paint?? It scared me to apply at first because I was worried that it was pure paint lol 😅. But I guess it turned out ok!! All in all, not bad, but not my fav. I would recommend if you like a wetter mascara and don’t mind a stronger scent in your mascara. I probably won’t purchase the larger size, but I will use up the rest of the mini size I have. 😁💕✨
