This is an absolutely awful product certainly for red heads! I was hoping this would be a quick fix for in between dye jobs. There is very little product so it really can only apply to your roots. Well unless you are the EXACT same color that is displayed on the package do not use it!!! My roots are bright fake red and my ends are my normal natural red color. I'm really hoping this washes out quickly because I look ridiculous right now. Think before you use this product.

It covered my gray hairs and the amount in the package was perfect for me.
If you have thick or long hair, get a second box.

It did have a scent that was a tad off putting but it wouldn’t prevent me from using this again and so far my hair doesn’t appear any more/less healthy than before it was colored.

The application was easy, I have REALLY thick hair so I am glad I only needed to cover the front half roots (grays don’t grow in the back). I was also impressed at how quickly my low porosity hair took the color and how well it rinsed out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy peasy and the gray roots are gone. While on medical recovery, I could not go to the salon. The roots still needed a touch up. I decided to use my complementary sample myself. Wow! 10 minutes and those roots were gone. It blended with my hair perfectly. I guess an even bigger surprise has been how long the color has lasted. It’s been 6 weeks and still looks great. I will now be keeping a box in my bathroom.
