Beautiful rug, it looks heigh end, quite soft, much softer than I was expecting. Rolled out easily and quickly the creases were gone. I have several dogs and was worried it would get dirty quickly since I bought the lighter color but surprisingly it still looks amazing after a week of them rolling on it and running in out from outside. I would definitely order again. I was worried it would smell but there was no odor at all and the box was wet when it arrived but the rug was wrapped in a thick plastic and there wasn’t any damage. I haven’t had to clean the rug yet, so I guess we will see about that when the time comes.

Get the rug!
I was so hesitant to get this rug for so long because of all the bad reviews pertaining to stains on it. I decided to take the risk and order the rug as I couldn’t miss out on the price steal of $160 for a 9x12 rug, like this does not exist! When the rug got delivered, I was literally at the door before the FedEx guy got out the truck. I quickly opened the box and undid the folded rug to check for any stains but I instantly got distracted by the softness of the rug, this important detail for this rug doesn’t get enough attention. This honestly wasn’t something I was looking while rug shopping as I priority in my home decor is aesthetics but as soon as I felt the rug I called my husband at work to tell him he’s going to love this rug because the feel of our rugs is what he cares most about. I love that from far away the rug reads simple modern its not till you are up close you see the fabric details. The two-tone color of this rug goes perfectly with the various colors of my living room. This rug checks off the list for aesthetics and softness! I am so glad I didn’t miss out on this perfect rug because of the reviews.

Bought this rug online and it was delivered to my house torn. I reached out to customer service and they refused to refund me because I couldn’t physically take it to the store. They offered no solution of scheduling a pickup. What they don’t realize is that people utilize online delivery services because they don’t always have the means to transport large items themselves. So how am I supposed to return a defective product?!?! Now I’m stuck with it.

The rug looked great but it smelt terrible like a petroleum product and we could not leave it inside. We put it in the garage for several weeks and it still has the same smell and the return window was expired and target would not accept a return I’d look for a different rug!

Came in but like the other reviews mention, with a big hole in the plastic and stain on the rug. Should’ve looked closer at the other reviews first! They need to fix this packaging and shipping issue otherwise it would be fine. I did feel the rug and it felt nice and soft, but not worth it for it to already look used.

Nice looking rug. It’s a light color so not good for a high traffic area especially since it’s is spot clean only. I use it in front of my sliders leading to my deck. Looks really nice. I used corner rug pads to hold it in place. It definitely needs something otherwise it slides.

THIS ITEM IS DAMAGED AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. TERRIBLE SERVICE BY TARGET! Do not buy this item or give target any of your business. The rug had stains all over it and had fallen out of the bag it was shipped in target told me i had to have a box or plastic to wrap it in to return which I do not! It’s an 8x10 rug who has a box big enough for that! I am so disappointed in target!

Smells really bad
Beautiful rug, very soft under foot. Only 3 stars because it STINKS. My husband says it smells like a skunk sprayed it, my teenagers think it smells like weed. It’s been a month and it might have to go.

(Rug in color Ivory) I absolutely love it! I’m so glad I purchased this rug despite the reviews mentioning it arriving dirty or stained. The rug arrives folded inside a plastic sleeve within a large box. Although it was folded, it laid flat fairly quickly. It did have a slight chemical smell, but that has already dissipated. I definitely recommend this rug to anyone who has been thinking about purchasing it.
