But it fell one time and the entire cap came off, and I could not get it back on no matter what I tried. For something advertised as durable, that was really disappointing. I am not sure if they sent an incorrect Owala, but tge color looks nothing like online. I order one that looked like it was light purple and I got one that is an off white. The only thing purple was part of the top. This is part of a gift for a teen girl. I am going to return the item. I am not rating quality or value. My dissatisfaction is purely with the look of the item

This water bottle does not hold ice at all, I have cheap water bottles that will hold ice all day… this one won’t even keep it for 4 hours. It looks cute but not worth it

Item was shipped and upon opening, I realized the color was wrong. Label still indicates Sandy Shore and a quick search made me realize they’ve updated the old color. I’d much prefer the original.
