[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given the fact that one serving of this cereal has 22g of sugar with only 1 1/4 cup of cereal with 3/4 cup of skim milk, this is just not for me. The nutritional factors alone make it unhealthy where I wouldn't want to start my day with such a large sugar intake. It just didn't taste right to me, sort of a grainy but very hard texture on the flakes and the berries are extremely tart, not sweet. This one is a pass for me.

I have enjoyed this as a bowl of cereal added to yogurt and grabbed a hand full for a quick snack . The milk will be chocolate flavored from the crunchy flakes. If you are looking for a cereal that has low calorie content, you can have just over a cup full at 150 calories. The packaging is simple enough to open and close to keep fresh. With amount of fruit in the cereal it has become a new favorite.

The nutrition is just ok. I wouldn't say it's the best cereal out there on nutrition but it definitely is not like the ultra sugary cereals they sell on TV to kids.

I’ve eaten special k before… it’s a great cereal in that it’s overall pretty healthy yet doesn’t taste like a health cereal. I feel that way about this one too. The cereal itself is a chocolate flavor.. it’s a bit crunchier than typical special k I think. It also has a variety of freeze dried berries… I can vividly recall cranberry strawberry and blueberry. There’s a good ratio between berry and cereal with this cereal… I felt I was able to get some berries and cereal in pretty much every bite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size shocked me at first but oddly enough it's about the same size volume wise as in the stores but just slightly taller. Usually I can squish a special k chip with my tongue but this is a mini workout for your mouth and possibly the roof of your mouth if you're like me. I like that it has a bunch of the daily vitamins and fiber you will need in your daily diet but definitely not enough to satisfy the daily limit. It's very fresh tasting and when they say sweet and tart berries, they mean it. You can almost taste every berry individually and the chocolate part is not heavy but more of a cocoa type taste. Overall, it's great but I just don't see myself grabbing a back to back bowl in the same sitting.
