    Misleading packaging and disappointing experience

    I’ve been buying this cereal for a long time, which is why this was so disappointing. When I opened the box, the bag was barely half full. It honestly feels misleading to customers who are paying full price expecting a properly filled product. I understand packaging requires some air, but this was excessive and unacceptable. Situations like this make customers lose trust in the brand. I hope Kellogg’s takes this seriously and improves their quality control.

    Not enough cereal

    Less then half was filled with cereal and I get the fact that it needs air in the bag so it doesn't break but more then half come on

    Great tasting with great benefits

    I have been eating special k for years. I even lost 30 lbs in 5 months for a wedding. My special k diet with cereal, snack bars, etc. And always happy with results.

    No Chocolate chip

    When I bought this box’s I thought it was going to have chocolate chips inside the box’s. When I opened this box and POURED IT, it didnt have any chocolate chips do not recommend.

    Disappointed customer

    My amazing husband bought me a family size chocolate delight, just to find out there was no chocolate in there! Very disappointed for the price we costumers have to pay for Kellogg’s products. A monetary refund or a second chance product is necessary.

    I Miss the Chocolate pieces!

    In the past, I would have given this a hearty 5 star review, but with the rising price of chocolate, it seems that Kellogg's has reduced the amount of chocolate in their recipe. I feel like I am eating regular Special K and no longer eating Chocolatey Special K.

    Awesome Chocolate Pieces

    This chocolately flavor of Special K use to be my favorite cereal by Special K. Until one day I tried the Strawberry with Vanilla Yogurt Clusters. That's my favorite morning cereal, but I still enjoy a bowl of the chocolate flavor of Special K as a snack or dessert.

    Happily surprised, great taste.

    I’m not a person that checks ingredients. dr told me I need to add fiber to my diet. He suggested the powder that you add to your drinks. It didn’t taste good so I wanted to try other ways. I like Cal raisin bran, but I figured I’d try something. A little more healthy so special K chocolatey delight was my choice. It tasted better than I totally expected. I even suggested it to my husband for him to try. we both enjoy it. Thank you for making nutritional product that actually taste really good.

    I love the chocolate flavor the most out of all.

    I bought the Special K Chocolate for myself. I buy 2 boxes at a time and I eat 2 bowls a day, sometimes eating another cereal in-between so I don't run out for the week. Special K helps me lose weight.
