Zero ZERO Stars. Item was shipped. Did not arrive and status was marked as “Delayed” and through a third party shipping service. Checked tracking several times with no change or notification of delay or reason. Must open a link outside of the platform for tracking and item arrived in ship to town, then sent to another state and delayed. Item was damaged and unable to ship. No contact for refund, cancellation or replacement. Call Target and after multiple representatives it is finally available to refund after the damaged item is received by shipper, which could take several weeks according to Target representative, and then a refund processing of a few weeks. Are you serious? This is not acceptable. Do better!
