Product inconsistent, and not worth the price

First time I ordered these frames, they were exactly what I wanted. But I needed two more for the set of photos. I ordered two more and when they arrived, they were different frames. The quality was drastically lower, there is no spacer in the frame to hold a photo in place without using tape, and the wooden frame itself is quite rough. For the price of these frames, you're definitely better off looking elsewhere. Ordered the 12x12 matted to 10x10, first order placed in December 2025, second order placed in February 2026.

Good frame, poor instructions

The frame itself is beautiful. The only reason I’m deducting a star is because the insert showed where to mark the wall based on the frame mounts but it’s not accurate to where the mounts actually are, so I had to redo my nails. Measure the frame first!

I just unwrapped my frame to discover that it is missing the mat. It has no image printout and no barcode. I thought it looked strange when I unwrapped it, but didn't think too much about it until I started to initiate a return and realized that I won't be able to return it either, since the shrink wrap is missing all labels. I was clearly sent a faulty product that was intentionally made unreturnable.

Third Party Supplies, 2 months and still waiting to ship

I ordered two of these frames, on separate orders. The first one took 6 weeks to arrive and then the glass was broken. They replaced it and the replacement arrived farily quickly. I ordered the second one on October 3 and it is Nov. 30 and I still have not received it. This is not a legit seller. Avoid.

Item did not match description at all

Received the frames and they are not at described at all. No mat was included and it definitely does not have real glass. From reading other reviews it seems this is a common issue. Not sure if Target is shipping the wrong item, or if this is just a bad description. Either way, be aware you could receive something different than what you think you're ordering.
