However, my nighttime hot flashes and sweating did not improve; I'm still awakened nightly by hot flashes, and/or sweats. On the box, the directions say that "most will see a difference in 6-8 weeks," so it seems strange to me that the box only contains 30 tablets. Although it's nice to only have to take a tablet once a day, I suspect that 2 pills in divided doses would be more effective. Even though I didn't get as much relief as I would like, I would still recommend the product because some relief is better than none!
