Q: Once the adhesive is applied and used, if later want to move to another location will the adhesive still work? Or is new adhesive needed and is this sold separately or extras included? If extras included, how many?

A: Yes, it should still work but we recommend to put new adhesive for maximum hold. No extra adhesive.
