This is the best tasting gummies I ever had. It tastes so good that I look forward to get my daily dose as a treat everyday. I have been taking it for a month I notice that it has better results with my nails as they are stronger and less likely to split. I may need to take a bit longer to see more visible improvement with my skin. I will write another review later after a few months.

I've been taking collagen for over a decade and have seen what it does for my nails, hair, and skin. There are some days I can't take collagen in coffee and/or I'm traveling and would rather not pack collagen powder, so I take the gummies instead. These gummies are tasty, don't stick to your teeth, and come with biotin. My nails were so brittle, they used to break and fly across the room before I started taking collagen, however, it hasn't happened once since I take it daily. Even after multiple pregnancies, I haven't lost much hair and it has grown back healthy and full. I'm a firm believer in collagen.

First off they tasted great, I had to try to remember that it was not fruit snacks. What I really liked was that they contain much more Biotin than other brands.
