    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful construction and exactly as pictured. No fake wood grain look, all flat matte with slight sheen. My issue is that on the seat you can see a bright wood seam on one side, almost as if the seat is not centered. Very noticeable on black. Happened on both chairs so this may be a manufacturing issue.

    Over priced for the quality

    I bought 4 pecan colored chairs. They look nice from far away and look cheap up close. Once assembled, 2 are very wobbly, 1 slightly wobbles and 1 is stable. The color I bought is pecan, but some of the color has noticeably lighter splotches on the back of the legs. And the back of the chair that is glued/already assembled, is partially glued on both sides of the back on every chair. Which makes the chair appear cheap and dirty.

    Cheap wood

    I bought several bar stools. The next day, they went on sale. I asked for credit discount to reflect the sale price and they refused. The furniture is not that great anyways. Cheap wood. I won't buy from this company again. They're not customer service friendly.

    Honestly, I had been looking for a solid wood bar stool for months but everything was either $600 a chair or had some upholstery in the seat that wasn't practical for our everyday eating area. And then I found these barstools and they were exactly what I wanted and came at a great price. They were very easy to put together and these things are SOLID. Very happy with this purchase and will be back when we redo our living room.

    Stylish and Cozy, But the Squeak is Persistent

    I've had these chairs for a couple of months now. They're beautiful and comfortable, but they squeak, even after tightening the screws several times since I first assembled them in December.
