They delivered them with no lids. It specifically say with attached lids. Tried reaching them for a week now and no body answers the phone ever. I want my lids i paid for.

I bought a two-pack because one of the managers in the CCRC where I moved erroneously told me that I needed to provide a can for my recycling as well. I held onto the second because I figured I could use it when the first one wore out. Little did I suspect that would be in less than a month. First of all, they are extremely lightweight and feel very flimsy. The wheels are tiny. Pickup is twice weekly here, and I live alone, so I don't generate a huge amount of garbage. Still, after about 6 uses, the wheels wouldn't turn, so I had to lift the can and carry it through my condo to the curb (I am a 105 pound woman in her 70's and had no difficulty doing this, which goes to show you how lightweight these things are). Today I put a bag in the second one, and when I opened the lid, it popped off. Yes, I can wrestle with it and reattach it, but again, this was the first time I have used it. I am ordering another brand from another store. The site asks would I recommend the item. The answer is a resounding NO, not even to my worst enemy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like these bins a lot and I will get good use of them for things like Christmas when we have a lot of trash or when doing extra work around the house. The only thing that brings my rating down is the “wonky” fit of the lid to the top of the bin. The lid on my two bins do not line up well with the actual trash can. It makes opening and closing the lid a little awkward. However, rolling and storing trash wont be an issue.
